I recently had a blood lipid test taken for my kinesiology cl. At the time, I was on a high egg diet. Eating anywhere from 4 to 10 eggs a day with not much diversity in my diet. When my results came in I found that my cholesterol was within a safe range (4.74 mg/L) but my LDL-C was 2.57 mg/L. Could eggs be the cause of this or does this indicate a time for dietary change?
