Do I suffer from Road Rage?

Ok so this afternoon I was driving home in the right hand land over-taking a group of cars going about 10 under the speed limit. Suddenly a car on the left land began to move into the right which would have scd the front left of my car. I used my horn and the car for a few moments stopped cutting me off, but then the car swerved into the right hand lane right infront of me. Luckily I slammed my brakes on and there wasnt a car behind but it was close. What really made me angry was that my cousin was in the front penger seat, meaning he would have been injured if the car hit us. I was really angry and followed from behind, blasting my horn and flashing my lights. When the left hand land was clear I overtook this car from the left land and yelled ''you f..king idiot'' at the driver. When I look back at I sought of regret it and wonder if I am suffering from road rage. Am I?
