Ok, is it legal for me to buy 2 items, combine them as 1 item and resell them?

I have a product idea that involves purchasing 2 items and making 1 item from the 2. The 1 item is somewhat generic, but the second item would involve trademarked ...( ok dont laugh) underwear, like disney or music groups etc. Does it become mine to do what I want with once I purchase it?
