Is the nucleus like the speaker of the house?

i have a school project that is due tomorrow, i have to make similes between a plant cell and the United states. i need help plz. and i need some serious answers . i need similes for the nucleolus, endoplasmic reticulum, chloroplast, lysosome, cilia, and the cytoplasm.
