When is the third Twilight Trailer coming out?

I heard that a full four minute one was supposed to come out in theaters this month, but I don't know what movie will have it as a preview. I've already seen the first two, but when is the third coming? It can be a Teaser (under two minutes) or a full trailer (over 3 minutes). Thanks so much!
