Biology: Digestive System?

I need to do an extra credit ignment for my biology cl on the Digestive System. It's not supposed to be a report, it's supposed to be something interesting that the cl might not know. For example: something on flatulence (aka farting). Please give me some ideas and some links xD. Thanks
