Hair dye allergy i want to dye my hair blonde?

hi, when i was about 11 i used a brown hair dye and i came up with a rash and my head had swallon up but a few weeks ago my mums hair dresser put a tester on my arm which was a blonde hair dye but then i asked if i could dye my hair brown and it came up with a rash again i really dont get this and i want to dye my hair blonde is there certain times where i am allergic to it, is there any hair dyes where i wouldnt be allergic to becoz if i got a full head of highlights it would be around �100 which is to much as i would get roots after 2 weeks
