Wasn't there supposed to be a degri the boiling episode with clare and eli tonight?

i thought tonight's episode was supposed to have something do with the two of them? it was about jenna, kc, alli and the powersquad, and riley, zane, and drew. what happened? was the preview that says "clare's gotta new friend." just summarizing up the whole week or something?
