Why is my cat suddenly pissing in the house?

My cat did that when I got home from orlando. We took her to the vet because we thought she had UTI but the vet said that she was in perfect condition so now we think that she was just mad that we left her. Could your cat also be mad and peeing all around the house trying to let you know that she is mad????
