Am I not eating enough?
Hey Hatty :) Okay, so even though you're still attempting 3 sort of meals a day, it's not enough. I haven't done the calorie maths but if you're losing a pound every 2 days then it's not healthy. I went on a healthy eating diet a couple of years back. I first just skipped out snacks, then breakfast, then lunch when my parents weren't around. It felt great seeing the pounds drop, but I ended up not even being able to stomach my dinner. I became scared of food as you've mentioned, I'd lie up all night dreading meals the next day. I ended up being diagnosed with an eating disorder. I didn't really listen to anyone... but a pound every 2 days, that's dangerous. If you really want to lose a few pounds, then a pound or two a week is the limit I'd say. Don't let it get out of control dear xxxx
